DIY & Custom Items (Final Sale)

DIY and custom-made items, including any pieces created to your specifications or personalized for you, are non-returnable and non-refundable under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)) and equivalent international consumer protection frameworks. To ensure your complete satisfaction, real product photos will be confirmed with you before shipping. If you are not satisfied with a single crystal after receiving your order, we will offer up to 2 free replacement crystals in your next order at no additional cost.

Original Design (Non-Custom) Items

Our ready-to-ship original design pieces (not customized or made to your specifications) are supported by a 14-day no-reason return and exchange policy, provided the item is returned in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear. This policy aligns with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and similar frameworks globally.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy shall limit any non-waivable statutory rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. In the event of any conflict, mandatory local laws shall prevail.
