By accessing this website or completing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Product Nature and Natural Characteristics
1.1 All products offered by our brand are original designs, featuring natural crystals as the core material.
1.2 Natural crystals are gifts of nature. They inherently contain natural inclusions, internal fissures (ice cracks), cotton-like veils, color variations, and minor mineral pits. Such characteristics are inherent properties of natural gemstones and shall not be deemed defects or quality issues, nor shall they serve as grounds for returns or exchanges.
1.3 Product photos may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting conditions during photography or screen display settings. The actual product shall prevail.
2. Order Formation and Confirmation
2.1 Once you place an order and complete payment on our website, you will receive an automated order confirmation email from our system. A binding contract is formed at that time.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order under special circumstances (such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, etc.). In the event of order cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All product and shipping prices on this website are listed in USD (US Dollar).
3.2 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you promptly for confirmation before deciding whether to proceed with the order.
3.3 All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Payment methods are subject to the options available at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Free Shipping Threshold: All orders over $100 USD qualify for free doorstep delivery.
4.2 Orders Under $100: For orders under $100 USD, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. The exact amount will be calculated in real time at checkout.
4.3 Processing and Delivery Time: Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days (handpicked custom-made items may require additional time). Actual delivery time may be affected by the carrier and destination customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Special Policy for DIY and Custom Items (Final Sale)
Given that DIY and custom-made items possess non-reproducible, personalized attributes exclusively tailored to you, we hereby clarify the following policy:
5.1 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: DIY and custom items (including styles designed by the buyer) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5.2 Pre-Shipment Confirmation: To ensure your satisfaction, we will share real product photos with you for final confirmation before shipment. Your order will only be dispatched after you confirm that you are satisfied.
5.3 Post-Delivery Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a single crystal after receiving your order, please contact our customer service for verification. Once confirmed, we will include up to 2 replacement crystals free of charge in your next order. The original unsatisfactory crystal does not need to be returned.
5.4 Global Compliance Note: In accordance with widely recognized international consumer protection frameworks (including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (such as our DIY custom bracelets) are legally exempt from the standard withdrawal right. Therefore, this final sale policy aligns with global consumer standards.
6. 14-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange for Original Design Items
6.1 Applicable Products: Non-customized "original design" finished items (without DIY attributes).
6.2 Policy Details: Within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the item remains undamaged, unbroken, unworn, unwashed, and retains its original tags and packaging, it is eligible for a no-reason return or exchange.
6.3 Exceptions: Items showing obvious signs of wear, perfume or stain residue, abnormal damage, or human-caused damage are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom and DIY items are not covered by this policy.
6.4 Return Shipping: For eligible no-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
7.1 All text content, brand stories, design drafts, brand logos, the HOCATORIA Hecate totem (including but not limited to the crescent moon, six-pointed star, black cat, crossed lines, flame, and other elements), and product display images on this website are the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of HOCATORIA, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
7.2 Any individual or entity is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, imitating, altering, or using the above for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization. Upon discovery, we will pursue legal liability in accordance with applicable laws.
7.3 All intellectual property rights are protected under international conventions, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the WIPO Copyright Treaty.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Spiritual Accessory Statement: All products sold by HOCATORIA are spiritual and decorative accessories. They do not possess medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic functions, and we do not make any claims of curative, healing, or supernatural effects. Please view the energetic properties of our accessories rationally.
8.2 No Medical Advice: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOCATORIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or this website.
8.4 Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product in question.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Global Compliance Version)
9.1 Mandatory Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory, non-waivable statutory rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such mandatory laws, the mandatory laws shall prevail.
9.2 Governing Law for Non-Mandatory Matters: To the extent not governed by the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.3 Amicable Resolution: We value a harmonious relationship with our customers. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation within 30 days of the dispute arising.
9.4 For Consumers: If negotiation fails, you may submit the dispute to the competent court or consumer dispute resolution body in your place of habitual residence, in accordance with the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.
9.5 For Arbitration (Business-to-Business): Any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time as required by our business or legal obligations. The latest version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of this website or placement of orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HOCATORIA regarding your use of the website and purchase of products, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
